You started your business for a reason.
I help creative founders build businesses that actually work, financially and structurally, without burning themselves into the ground.
If you’ve built something real but it feels heavier than it should.
If you’re busy, booked, and still questioning the numbers.
If growth sounds good in theory but overwhelming in practice.
You’re in the right place.
I’m a business strategist and coach for creative founders who are ready to move out of scramble mode and into a business that’s clear, profitable, and sustainable.
Not louder.
Not trendier.
Not more complicated.
Just built better.
What I do…
Most of my clients don’t need motivation.
They need structure.
They’ve outgrown:
Guesstimating pricing
Feast-or-famine revenue
Wearing every hat
Making decisions without a clear plan
and how it’s different.
I help you:
Clarify your offers and pricing
Build predictable revenue
Design a business that fits how you want to work
Make smart decisions in the right order
Get unstuck — and moving agaiin
This is strategic work.
Customized. Practical. Clear.
No one-size-fits-all frameworks.
No hype.
How I got here.
Before coaching founders, I spent nearly 20 years inside businesses.
Fortune 500 companies.
Startups.
High-growth environments where decisions mattered.
I led teams. Built systems. Watched what worked and what quietly broke people.
When I started working with founders, one thing became obvious:
Most smart, capable people aren’t failing.
They’re running businesses that were never designed to support growth.
Now, that’s what I help fix.
Beyond Coaching
I love to travel and love the thrill of discovering unfamiliar places, people, food, art, and architecture.
I am currently studying Italian!
I read a ton, usually novels, but lately, I’ve been digging into memoirs of truly inspiring people across all walks of life.
I frequent the theater (musicals and plays) and the movies (yes, with an overly large bag of popcorn).
I write, both prose and poetry.
Having once been told to drop my left shoulder as I made my shot, I am now a fairly good bowler.
I am a lifelong learner and went back to school at age 40, this time to study what really interested me, receiving a Masters in 20th Century Literature & Its Contexts from Goldsmiths College, University of London.
